# docs/working/specifications/

Protocol and format specs, extracted out of `architecture/`/`scratch/` as
they mature.

- **[HOLA_PROTOCOL.adoc](HOLA_PROTOCOL.adoc)** — HOLA protocol
  specification. `\input{}` by both `docs/formal/cookbook/` and
  `docs/formal/dev-guide/`.

This directory is intentionally sparse — most specs (IVMP, Jacquard, ACL,
capsule) still live under `architecture/` or `scratch/` per
`docs/CLAUDE.md`'s Phase 2 filing convention and have not yet been
extracted here.
