This index documented the contents of the \texttt{docs/05-operations/}
directory, including build targets, CI/CD pipeline description, and pointers to
backlog-gatekeeper and workflow documentation. The directory structure it
describes has since been reorganized. Retained as a historical navigation
reference for the archive.
