Opportunity~1 (decay slope inference) was confirmed complete. Opportunities 2--5 (variance-based window width tuning, decay rate DoE, rolling window sizing, and hotwords cache threshold) were assessed as pending. The remaining five (binary search validation, ML prefetch, NUMA placement, dictionary reorganization, and SIMD) were deferred. All pending and deferred items from this audit have since been addressed through the DoE experimental program and subsequent implementation work. The audit is retained as a historical snapshot of the implementation state at that date.
