\section*{Note on Ontology Documentation}

This stub records the provenance of the ontology documentation set.
The content has been consolidated into the preceding ontology section
(\S\ref{sec:ontology}), which is the authoritative reference.

The source repository provides the following companion artifacts alongside
\texttt{ONTOLOGY.md}:

  \item[\texttt{ontology\_diagrams.dot}] Six GraphViz diagrams: main ontology
    concept map, five-layer component taxonomy, feedback-loop interaction
    graph, phase-space attractor basin, thermodynamic metaphor mapping, and
    execution-event data-flow. Generate PDF for inclusion in LaTeX with
    \texttt{dot -Tpdf ontology\_diagrams.dot -o ontology\_full.pdf}.

  \item[\texttt{FINAL\_REPORT/appendix\_glossary.adoc}] AsciiDoc glossary
    with full mathematical notation, Levene's test application notes, and
    cross-references. Converted to LaTeX in \S\ref{app:glossary}.

Preferred terminology for academic writing is summarized in the deprecated-
terms table in \S\ref{sec:ontology}. When in doubt, the golden rule is:
describe the literal implementation; label the thermodynamic analogy
explicitly as a conceptual metaphor.
