exist.
All other rights (copying, modification, distribution, commercial
usage, embedding, transformation, and relicensing) are granted
without limit, subject only to the Attribution requirement in
Section 3.

2. GRANT OF RIGHTS
2.1 Permissions Granted
Subject to the Attribution requirement in Section 3, the recipient is
granted a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free copyright
license to:
• use the Work for any purpose;
• copy the Work;
• modify the Work;
• merge or combine the Work with other works;
• distribute or publish the Work;

====================================================================
3. PERMANENT ATTRIBUTION REQUIREMENT
3.1 Mandatory Attribution
All distributions of the Work or any Derivative Work MUST include
the following attribution, clearly and permanently:
“Portions of this software are derived from works by
R.A. James (Captain Bob).”
3.2 Placement Requirements
Attribution must appear in at least one of the following forms,
appropriate to the medium of distribution:
(a) In source form:
- In source file headers, or
- In a LICENSE or NOTICE file included with the distribution.
(b) In binary or compiled form:
- In a NOTICE file included with the distribution, OR

- In accompanying documentation.
(c) In documentation, research papers, or presentations:
- In acknowledgments, footnotes, citations, or equivalent.
3.3 Condition of License
Attribution under this Section is a condition of the copyright
license grant. Failure to comply with this Section constitutes
copyright infringement and automatically terminates the rights
granted under this license.
3.4 Non-Removal Clause
Attribution MAY NOT be removed, obscured, minimized, or concealed.
Downstream recipients MUST retain it.
3.5 No Endorsement
Attribution does not imply that the Author endorses any Derivative
Work or use.
====================================================================
4. IRREVOCABILITY AND LONGEVITY
4.1 Irrevocable License
This license and all rights granted under it are perpetual and
irrevocable, subject only to termination for failure to comply with
Section 3.
4.2 Survival Through Forks
This license binds all forks, redistributions, transformations,
derivative works, archival copies, and preserved materials.
4.3 Moral Rights
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Authors
moral right of attribution is asserted and not waived. Where moral
rights are not recognized, the Attribution requirement remains
enforceable as a condition of copyright.
====================================================================
5. THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS
Components not authored by the Author remain under their original
licenses and are clearly marked. This license does not alter or
replace third-party licenses.
====================================================================
6. NO WARRANTY
THE WORK IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS
OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND
NONINFRINGEMENT.
THE AUTHOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER
LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE WORK OR ANY DERIVATIVE THEREOF.
====================================================================
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT,
INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING
FROM THE USE OF THE WORK, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH
DAMAGE.
====================================================================
8. PATENTS
This license does not grant any rights under any patents held by the
Author, except to the extent necessary to exercise the rights granted
under this license.
No patent rights are granted for uses outside the scope of this
license.
====================================================================
9. SUMMARY (NON-BINDING)
