legacy/ — The former top-level docs/archive/ tree, including phase-1/ peer-review submission material.
operations/ — The former docs/05-operations/: CI/CD, Jenkins pipeline, workflow, and backlog-gatekeeper docs.
quality/ — The former docs/04-quality/: audits, phase tracking, regression, and validation records.
research/ — The former docs/06-research/: literature review, research outline, DoE metrics schema, results-for-publication drafts.
session-logs/ — The former docs/07-session-logs/: dated development-session worklogs and recaps.
COMPUTATIONAL_PHYSICS_FRAMEWORK.md — HISTORICAL, contains out-of-scope claims superseded by docs/working/papers/ANTI_CLAIMS.md. Never copy from this file into docs/formal/ (see docs/formal/CLAUDE.md, "What NOT to do").
DOCUMENTATION_AUDIT.md, GAP_ANALYSIS.md — prior documentation-state audits.
artifacts/ — miscellaneous archived artifacts (e.g. kanban-workflow/).
prog-prove.pdf — archived reference PDF.
